What started out to be a business relationship between me and Trude Wells with HomeSmart, shortly turned into a good friendship. Trude is so honest and caring with her clients. The real estate market can be frustrating especially around the time frame I was looking for a home. She understood the struggles I was having personally and always made my home search as painless as possible. There are days when I’d show up in a bad mood to look at a home with her and she always made my day better. Trude really shows she cares for her clients and is always hopeful that I would find a home. And sure enough after a few months Trude and I did finally conquer just that. I can’t wait to sip coffee with Trude in my new courtyard 😊

I met Trude for the first time while tagging along as my friend looked at houses. I was fortunate to go on a few house showings and I wasn't even thinking of getting a house at the time. Just observing how invested she was in her client and how she constantly showed up for her client, as well as making sure that necessary documents were in order. It was no brainer that when we finally decided to look for our own home, Trude was our first choice. I like how on top of things she is, and even going above and beyond to make sure that through the process of inspections and appraisals and the likes, we got the best deals. Also, just checking in to see how things are going(non-home buying related) My fiance and I are pleased that she was our realtor.

Trude was wonderful! She made my first home buying experience one that I won’t forget. She came prepared with several new homes to look at as well as gave me options for existing homes on the market. She never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable despite how nervous I was buying my first home. I recommend her to anyone looking at a new build or existing home on the market.
