I recently had the pleasure of working with Trudy to sell our home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Trudy was professional. She was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority.

Her negotiation skills were first-rate – She consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. She also went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property.

Trudy and I met about 5 years ago and I instantly liked her vibrant and honest personality. Recently I needed her help selling my home in San Marcos and then we purchased a new fixer upper is Oceanside. I had eight offers on my place in one weekend and purchased my new place two weeks later. The transaction on my new home was challenging and quite lengthy with offers and counter offers lasting for more than a week, but Trudy stayed the course and escrow closed within one week of their acceptance of my final offer. I was very happy and thankful that she stayed the course while remaining diligent and professional, which calmed my nerves tremendously. I would highly recommend her services and I am truly grateful for her real estate knowledge and friendship throughout this stressful process. I highly recommend Trudy Kranz Whitney. Trudy was my real estate agent recently and I was extremely happy with the entire experience. She demonstrated a strong working knowledge of all that my journey into selling real estate would entail. Trudy made the recent sale of my condo a remarkably straightforward process from start to finish--ultimately, the formal sale and completion of escrow was accomplished in 14 days ... Trudy is the most amazing realtor to have. We were told about her from a friend because we were moving from Silicon Valley to the North County of San Diego. Trudy is a native of this area and knows everything about it.
We were soooo pleased in how she handled our buying experience down here. She gives 110% of her attention to every need you have. When you have a question or call she immediately gets back to you which to me is very important!!!
