I cannot say enough about how much Twila has helped my family find our home. She is a bulldog for her clients and will not let you get screwed in any way.

Our journey together has been over a year to find the right house. Housing market has been less than ideal (by a landslide) and for months we looked at houses, made offers, and were beat out by cash offers. Disheartened, we were about to just give up…until we started looking at building instead. Signed a contract for a house Jan 2022, and it was supposed to be completed by August. The only reason we were even able to get that contract is because of Twila. (The builder I will NEVER recommend to anyone ever because of who they are and how we were treated. There will be a review there also. Century Communities) Aug came and went and the house wasn’t anywhere near complete. Nothing but lies and misinformation from the builder until October 2022. Once we finally got fed up with the runaround we were getting from the company, we found a prebuilt that we LOVE in a neighborhood that we LOVE. Thanks to Twila the process went so smooth that we were in our home in a matter of a few weeks. You will not go wrong with Twila. PUMPKIN SPICE FO-EVAAAA!!!!

Twila was one of those firsts to reach out to us when we plan to buy a house. She offered her services without pressure and gave us a friendly feeling. Then she helped us researching all the builders that we possibly interested in. She sent us all the information that we requested and answered all our questions patiently. Throughout the whole process she remains a professional, a friend, and a bridge between us and the builder, the lender, and the title company. It was our first time buying and building a home and she had been a tremendous helping hand. We appreciate and will continue to keep the friendship with her. Twila is one of the best real estate agents you could ask for. She is so good with time management and responsiveness I honestly forgot at times that she had other clients. She made me feel at ease when it came to my home search. She is an expert at her job and has an answer or solution to almost any problem that arises. We were in a unique situation where we waited to buy a home for many reasons. The current market motivated us, and I chose to use my VA loan benefit. With that, and an unexpected time crunch, I needed VA loan experts and Veteran advocates. I found both with this team. We were able to see homes evenings, weekends, and each time our MLS search peaked our interest. We were accompanied by a team that understood our preferences and prioritized them. We looked at many houses in many neighborhoods and at many price points, and received the same attention and service at each one. She not only understood the immediate appeal of each property, she could identify and explain any potential issues with appraisal or inspections. We appreciated all of this so much, but more than anything I was incredibly impressed and grateful at how well she could manage my and my husband's diverse personalities.

I had the pleasure of working with Twila both in purchasing a home and selling my home. This was my first experience as a first time homeowner and we were connected with her through our VA loan lender. I highly recommend Twila because she went above and beyond in supporting us. She was not only very responsive and resourceful during our home search process when we bought our home, but she was also a master troubleshooter and negotiator during the sale of our home. Twila is a top notch professional and handled any issues that arose with ease. We had an issue with a contractor that we hired and because we were out of state during the sale, she was in our corner with a delicate but firm hand to resolve the issue. Over the years due to military and job relocations I have had the experience of working with many realtors, some good, some bad. None of them could compare to the experience my family had working with Twila. Buying a home and moving is a stressful time. Twila made the experience exciting and fun for us. Both Twila and her partner were great to work with. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and had good insights about many properties that we would not have noticed ourselves. They were easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Additionally, we ended up doing a rent-back arrangement with the sellers, and they stuck around to help us navigate taking ownership of the property and dealing with the security deposit almost two months after closing.

Twila Lukavich was our realtor from April to July, 2019. And what a gem!! She was with us through our search and successful closing on our home in the Phoenix area. She assessed our needs and wants then showed us many, many choice properties that were a good fit. And when she showed us the house that is now our home, she made it happen.
