After traveling the East Coast of the US as a professional chef, he was eager to settle in my hometown of Andover, NH to start a family. What a perfect region to do so! Ty realized his passion for real estate after the completion of his own real estate transactions, a successful rehabilitation of a bank owned property in Andover and the build of their current home in beautiful Springfield.
