I worked with Tyler Davidson on the purchase of my condo. I would use Tyler again and recommend him highly. Tyler was very knowledgeable about the process and the marketplace. He never pressured me, but was always there to answer questions. He gave me a referral for a property inspector that was the best I've ever seen, and I used to be in the business. Tyler is calm, easygoing person and very easy to work with. He handled everything from beginning to end with ease and made the process easy and most importantly got us closed on time. Buying or selling a home is a very important and stressful process at the same time. So when I decided to sell my property, two things came to my mind. Doug Davidson has absolutely been a 5 Star Realtor, "property manager" and subsequent friend for about 20 years. When we purchased our condo as a second home in 1999, we were terribly let down in the purchasing process and coordination with the original realtor we had to use ( he represented both the seller and us.)

Two years later, we were extremely impressed when we met Doug Davidson at an Open House. From the very first handshake we realized he was a huge cut above anyone else in the business!!!
A couple months later we hired him to do seasonal rentals of our property....and WOW....we found Red Carpet Service!!!

In the following years I became a widow who needed full time rental income. I've probably had a dozen short term and now long term renters since then and NEVER one single problem. Not one. Doug was there to screen potential clients so carefully that my home always looked amazing when they left. I never experienced any of the horror stories I've heard from other landlords. (And this was all long distance from Texas!)

It was such a privilege to work with Doug and his firm. I've been so impressed, not only with his professionalism but with his "moral compass." I've watched his dedication to bringing awareness to PTSD and the often resulting suicides. Doug truly has a good heart...and that means so much to me. You can't go wrong with this guy!

1) We sold the family get away home during Covid because it didn’t make any more sense to have a home in San Diego, Coming in from Canada for two weeks a year to do maintenance on a beautiful estate got tiring after awhile.

2) Honesty and hard working and patience is an awesome trait that Doug and Janice bring with their business. We have been dealing with Doug and Janice since 2008 and never a has our family felt so connected to two individuals that have gone above and beyond for the family.

3) My elderly Mom got along with Doug really well, Doug made her experience comfortable and enjoyable during our purchase of the family get away in Poway.

I used Doug Davidson when I decided to move to Lake San Marcos from San Diego back in 2015. I picked his firm because they were small and independently owned vs. dealing with a big firm with many agents, but only one working on my behalf.

He and his team did a lot of work preparing my old condo for sale, including storing some of my belongings. I found the condo I wanted in Lake San Marcos right away at a gret price, and my old condo sold for way more than what I thought it was worth. Throughout the process, Doug and his team were always there with help and advice.

My wife and I have known Tyler at least 5 years. In 2021, he was our agent when we sold our condo in San Diego and purchased another condo in Oceanside. Also, in 2022, he was our agent when we sold our 1 bedroom condo in San Marcos in exchange for a 2 bedroom condo in San Marcos.
He is currently doing property management for our 2 condos. He is quick in assisting with any property issues. We enjoy doing business with him and his team. Highly recommend his services as realtor and property manager.

We had looked at outher options to list our property but thankfully we choose Tenfold. Their extra efforts are too numerous to list. Having made 3 real estate transactions through Tyler and Doug in the past 5 years, I am more than happy to write this review for Tenfold. When we got our town home ( first home) 5 years ago, we had no idea how the home buying process works here in California . Tyler and Doug made sure we were well informed and walked us through all the steps . They made our first home buying process so easy that they were our default choice when we decided to upgrade to a bigger home . Thanks to Tenfold, we were able to buy our 2nd house(primary house now) at the lowest price in an aggressive market. It feels so surreal that we managed to buy a great house at such a low price.There were many challenges in the buying process, but with experienced realtors by our side throughout the closing journey , we were able to overcome them . Finally , tenfold also helped us with selling our townhome . Starting from preparing the house for sale to all the way to closing, everything was taken care of by Tyler and team . We were out of the county during the closing process. Tyler took care of all required repairs and made sure we closed on time .
