Tyler Ferrera

Tyler's roots in Rochester, combined with his background in communication and passion for forming meaningful connections, naturally paved the way for his career in real estate. Raised in the Greece area and educated at The Aquinas Institute of Rochester, Tyler's journey continued at SUNY Geneseo, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in communication. His professional path took shape as a Student Behavioral Assistant with Special Needs children at BOCES 2, where he honed his interpersonal skills. Tyler's trajectory shifted when he crossed paths with Patrick while working at Windstream Communications, reigniting his desire for a career centered around personal relationships and caring for others. Recognizing his innate ability to connect and communicate effectively, Tyler transitioned seamlessly into real estate, obtaining his license in 2021 and joining the esteemed Regna Real Estate Team.
