With over 25 years of professional experience in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of professionals grow their businesses, build communities, and achieve their dreams. Now, I’m channeling that expertise into a full-time career in real estate, as part of the Compass Striker Group (Ocala, FL).

A proud Floridian for over 40 years, I’ve lived & worked in South Florida, Tampa/St. Pete, Orlando, Daytona Beach, and Gainesville, giving me deep knowledge and appreciation for the state’s diverse communities. Beyond real estate, I’ve been heavily involved in Florida’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, helping launch seven 1 Million Cups groups across the state in 2014 to foster innovation and community growth.

I love exploring Florida’s natural beauty, from hiking historic trails to discovering the state’s breathtaking springs and rivers. I enjoy spending quality time with my wife (artist & painter Fang Ling Lee) tending to our native FL permaculture garden with our pets “Peanut” and “Butters”.
