I was in a very uncomfortable/potentially dangerous living situation that I needed to exit immediately so when I reached out to Tyler and informed her we would need to hit the ground running like bats out of hell, she rose to the challenge beautifully.

She was attentive to my needs and wants, communicative and always made me feel like my opinion was paramount - which, having worked in real estate and with many brokers/realtors, I know firsthand is not always the case - so I feel extremely grateful that she was the one to shepherd me through this process. We toured the home the day I called her; within 24 hours we had the offer in the seller’s hands and Tyler’s sage advice throughout the home inspection/negotiation period was invaluable to us - I attribute her wisdom to part of why the seller accepted our offer over multiple others.

Tyler was an absolute gem to work with and I will be recommending her to any future friends or family who are in need of a realtor who is truly on your team. Thank you to Tyler and her associates for making this monumental decision such an easy and safe process; I am forever grateful.

As a first time home buyer I was a little worried about how difficult the process would be. Tyler made everything super easy and is just a really nice person in general. I’ve already recommended her to a couple of people who I know may be looking to buy in the future, and I would recommend her to anyone! Tyler also recommended a great lender and inspector who also made everything very easy, couldn’t have asked for a better team going through the process.

Working with Tyler was a home buyers dream !
She made what could have been a very complicated and disappointing situation , simple and effective... She knew how to negotiate the difficult real estate market at the time and was so easy and supportive to work with.
