Tyler Moore

Originally from east metro Atlanta, Tyler moved to Lake Oconee in 2008 for a more relaxing lifestyle that the Lake Oconee area has to offer. He frequented the lake area many years before choosing to move to Lake Oconee full time, visiting his family’s farm in Greensboro and lake house on Oconee. After successfully executing a number of investment and personal real estate transactions, Tyler chose to pursue a career in real estate, utilizing his firsthand knowledge and experience in construction, property values, real estate market conditions, negotiating and marketing to navigate his clients through the buying and selling process.

He follows three simple principles:
-Communicate accurate information
-Remain aware of the surrounding conditions
-Act with urgency to execute objectives

All of which he believes are key elements in maintaining positive relationships and providing excellent service. During his spare time, Tyler enjoys vacationing on the gulf coast with his wife Brigitte and daughter Aubrey. He’s also an avid waterfowl hunter and loves spending time outdoors, especially on Lake Oconee.
