Tyler Reichwald

Mr. Reichwald joined HSR in 2011 in order to manage and grow its portfolio management business. As a part of HSR, Mr. Reichwald has worked on acquisitions totaling over 150 million in all ranges of properties including commercial, retail, apartments and land. Prior to HSR, Mr. Reichwald had been a portfolio manager at Golden Estate Management. He was responsible for all management activities for apartment and commercial properties, single-family homes and Home Owners Associations. The activities include leasing, managing contractors, tenants and onsite building staff.

Prior to Golden Estate Management, Mr. Reichwald worked as an office manager at Red Real Estate Group in Los Angeles from 2009 to 2010. His involvement included overseeing over 50 real estate transactions from start to finish. With the vast knowledge in real estate transactions, his contributions included explanations of purchase contracts, disclosures, inspection reports, and appraisal reports to buyers and sellers.

As a Los Angeles native, Mr. Reichwald and his vast family has had a lifelong involvement within real estate including owning and managing investment properties. After graduating college in 2005 Mr. Reichwald worked with one of the founding members of Keller Williams Westside as an executive assistant. This experience has given him wide knowledge in new construction developments with Urban Environments as well as overseeing 150+ real estate transactions.
