Tyler Rhoades was great! He explained everything very clearly and helped clarify our options. This was especially helpful as I found myself intimidated by the process. Tyler took the mystery out of the process, sold the house much more quickly than I anticipated, and responded quickly to any calls, texts, or emails.

I should also note that he made the process very convenient. I like on the central coast of California and Tyler was helping us sell my mother's home in San Diego (El Cajon area). I was able to do everything remotely and again, he was very responsive.

I would highly recommend Tyler Rhoades and would definitely use him again.
