We could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Tyler! From start to finish he was completely devoted to selling our home and assisting us in buying a new one. Our home sold much quicker than we anticipated and we owe that entirely to all of his hard work. We have our forever home but if we do choose to sell again we will absolutely work with Tyler again!

Tyler was referred to me by someone whom had previously worked with him. And the experience has been great. He’s very understanding and goes above and beyond to meet his clients needs/wants. He was very flexible and worked with my schedule to view houses. He also gave his honest opinion/feedback on the houses we viewed. Which was helpful. He’s also very thorough and takes the time to explain any paperwork and the process of buying a home in easy to understand terms.

Tyler did an exceptional job helping us explore options making the process easy. When there were delays with the builder Tyler got involved to rectify the issue and arranged upgrades due to the problems. He didn’t have to involve himself with this but did. From the very first meeting with Tyler Schmitz I could tell instantly that he was a genuinely kind and honest person. I wish all people that I meet were as nice and easy-going as Tyler. He knew exactly what kind of house we wanted, and I knew we were going to have a smooth experience. I was confident that Tyler would work hard to help me and my husband get a home that would fit our needs. Even though there were homes that we were really curious about, that weren't a good fit for us,Tyler was willing to go that extra mile to let us check them out anyway. We closed on our property today and I had the best possible experience working with Tyler Schmitz as our realtor! He was very attentive and would respond quickly if we had any questions or concerns about the property. Also very informative about things and made the documents process run smoothly. When we were scheduling inspections or walkthroughs he worked with our schedule. If he was unable to make it, he set up what needed to be done with another associate of his available so we would not have to reschedule. Tyler and his associates are very personable as well and were an absolute pleasure to work with. 10/10 would definitely recommend working with them in finding your next home/property!

Tyler is amazing to say the least! Our family had been searching for our forever home for a year with another agent when our rental was sold and our timeline was accelerated drastically. I've been looking for a home since September. My time was wasted the first realtor it seemed like they wanted to throw me a money pit. My lender referred me to Tyler, and he was amazing! He only showed me THREE houses! Tyler found the perfect house for me in a 2-3 week time frame versus a 4 month time period. He listens,and cares about what is best for his customers. He gives his honest opinion and doesn't try to hide or cover anything needed in the home. Doesn't urge you to do anything you're not comfortable doing. 100/10 would recommend!

Tyler has been so AMAZING!!! He made sure I found the perfect house. He showed me so many to make sure I had choices. I really liked that he listened to what I wanted also. If there was something with a house that wasn’t great, he let me know. I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. I was moving due to some horrible circumstances, and Tyler really made the process so much easier and comfortable for me. I’m a first time buyer so it was all new and scary for me. But Tyler really helped me understand the entire process, and never made me feel stupid for asking questions. He helped me get into my home quickly!
