With a background in construction and remodeling, along with experience owning an Airbnb, Tyler can help potential investors and buyers avoid common problems with rental properties while making the most of their potential. Additionally, as a lifelong Washingtonian, Tyler is deeply familiar with the various regions of our state and especially enjoys helping clients in search of a second home in the mountains or elsewhere.

In his free time, Tyler loves spending time with his wife and their six kids, skiing, biking, and doing anything that gets him outdoors. He’s also a licensed pilot and loves occasionally flying Windermere’s company plane.
