Tyler Woodbridge

Tyler Woodbridge knew real estate was his career path and he became a broker as soon as he turned 18 in 2010. Ever since then he’s been working with clients to find and sell homes in and around Bellevue, Kirkland, Newcastle, Renton, Seattle and Kent.

He never approaches a business call or meeting with a transaction at the forefront of his mind. Instead, it’s always Tyler’s hope that he can exceed his client’s expectations and turn them into a client for life. It’s very important to Tyler that his clients are treated with respect and patience and he always goes the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.

Tyler specializes in new construction, investment properties and first-time homebuyers. He is also experienced as an investor in cash flow properties and as a builder/co-owner of Exceptional Northwest Homes.

In his spare time he enjoys staying active by training in Brazilian Jiu-Jiutsu, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
