Ty Pierce literally went above and beyond all expectations in securing my new home in Brookings Oregon. He kept me current in selecting homes within my budge to preview. I was selling my home in Arizona and so timing was crucial and difficult to coordinate. He kept my ducks in a row while I hoped all went well from 1000 miles away. When my buyer kept stalling, he went to bat for me with my sellers in Oregon, complete with a back up offer when I wasn't the initial lucky buyer on my dream home. It worked! And then Ty helped me with contacts for utilities and even helped find a crew to unload my 2 large Uhaul trucks. A move is always stressful and I'm a 71 year old handicapped widow so needed a lot of help. Ty has a great sense of humor and phenomenal business acumen. I even got a nice congratulations hug and unofficially adopted him. He's been one of the most helpful and concerned business person I've ever met. Can't recommend him high enough. He's my hero!

In real estate, timing is crucial. Too often an agent isn’t timely and accessible when you’re ready to pounce on that perfect home. We selected Ty as our agent because from day zero he was accessible, quick to respond, and professional. In addition, he LISTENED to our wants and needs and acted in accordance with those, in as prompt a manner as humanly possible. If we could clone Ty and take him with us wherever we purchase real estate we would!
