This review is for Tyson. I moved to St. Petersburg from Cincinnati OH in the end of May. My family is still living in Ohio so I was looking to buy a townhome or apartment in the range of 225K. The housing market is definitely crazier and hotter in St. Petersburg than Cincinnati. Long story short after subletting a room in the neighbor of Pinellas Park around Park Blvd, I realized that Pinellas Park is the ideal location for me due to price and convenience. I was working with another agent, however we failed to work together as a team. She realized after few months that I am looking for someone who will negotiate with sellers the offer price. Therefore, she referred Tyson to me. I spoke to Tyson 1-2 times on the phone before meeting up with Tyson. It helped Tyson a great deal that I had a very focused criteria for home- I was looking to buy property which was located close from my work, I was looking for home in a convenient neighborhood close to stores and resturants, I was looking for home with low HOA and easy to rent locations. I really appreciate that Tyson did not bombard me with listings that wasted my time but sent me listing that fits my needs. Both of us independently look at comparable property prices and amenities in each home before coming up with an offer price. I used Tyson recommendation to review the offer price but ultimately Tyson never pushed me to offer more that what I decided to. Buying a house is like buying any item from a market place, the transaction has been mutually accepted by both buyers and sellers. Tyson made two offers on my behalf which were rejected and the third was accepted.
I worked with 3 different agents before Tyson. What I like about Tyson are the following.
-He never pushed me to make a higher offer for homes. He respected my decision and honestly brokered the negotiation on my behalf.
-He gave me references of most affordable home insurance companies and helped me to save few hundred dollars in insurance cost. He also negotiated with the buyer to either fix or reduce the offer price after the home inspection report came.
-The most admirable quality about Tyson that his service did not stop after the closing he kept in touch with me and he returned my text/call when I approached him.

I don’t consider myself an easy-going person and Tyson was patient, honest and provided an excellent service. I will definitely recommend him in a heartbeat to others if I know they are looking to buy a property.

Tyson is professional, calm and honest. This is my first home purchase and Tyson was there every step of the way. Even checked to see how things were after the purchase.
