I give Ulissa a 5 star easy!

She literally changed my life!! I had been looking for a home for more than a year with no luck partly due to COVID but also not having a realtor who was willing to work extremely hard in a tough market. I had one or two realtors give up on me because I was not in the market for the super expensive homes!

Closing was a breeze because all document signing was automated and she was very attentive to details.

Ulissa exceeded my expectations and helped me get into a home in a perfect location that I love.

I feel lucky to have stabled on tot this amazing realtor through a referral.

She is full of energy and is utterly professional and on time. Even when she couldn’t show and was out of town, she left behind an equally professional team to fill in for her. I highly recommend her.

Purchasing a home can be a time consuming process especially in today’s market. Ulissa’s knowledge of real estate specifically veteran’s benefits, help us find the perfect home. It was challenging, we were out bidded, disappointed, and frustrated but Ulissa was undaunted. Ulissa found listings based on what we were looking for and very flexible for our schedules. During the entire home buying process, Ulissa showed an appropriate degree of professionalism that cannot be measured! Ulissa and the Frank LaGarde team do an absolute astounding job. They made my relocation from California to Georgia a breeze. I couldn’t have done it without the help of Ulissa. She doesn’t miss or skip a beat. Given the time difference she was always at the ready whether a phone call from me or text. She responded quickly and promptly.

I scheduled a weekend to see all the homes she had lined up. She arranged for my pickup from the airport to my hotel. She was ready bright and early and we did waste the 48 hours I had. She gave me so many beautiful homes to choose from. She is the full package. We had an offered placed and accepted that weekend. The next time I arrived in Georgia I was closing, getting keys and getting moved into my new home. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent or Company.

I always recommend her and I told her she needs to get licensed in all 50 states and territories. I trust her judgement and her knowledge and I only want to use her from here on out. Whether buying or selling I trust her and only her. You won’t regret having her as your agent. The whole Frank LaGarde team treats you like family. I even met her kids who where out helping her. I truly appreciated how hard she was working to help me find my first home. I would recommend her to anyone who is in the market, you can tell this is her passion. I always felt like I was a priority.
