Ursula is a successful and experienced Managing Broker who assists buyers and sellers on the Eastside and in Seattle. She began her career in Portland, Oregon in 1995 first working in commercial real estate, then transitioning into residential real estate in 1998. In 2001, her family moved to Orange County California to be closer to her parents and siblings. She had a highly successful 10-year career as a residential broker in a very challenging market. In 2011, her family moved back to the Northwest – Kirkland, Washington. As her children and husband say, "It was the best move they ever did". Ursula jumped right back into the real estate field and has been flourishing ever since.

When not working, she loves to spend quality time with her husband and two children. She is the representative in our office for the Windermere Foundation, mentors incoming new Windermere agents, volunteers at various Eastside programs, enjoys walking and yoga, and can be seen rooting for the Seahawks during football season.
