Starting in 2008 Dawn began her career in real estate working with a short sale real estate specialist where she primarily focused on marketing campaigns and developing new business. After a short time she switched to a commercial real estate brokerage developing a new REO asset management department. From 2010 to 2014 she worked with Zions and Chase bank managing their commercial and residential REO portfolios. This included broker selection, property management, and contract negotiation.
