Craig Bertrand is a licensed REALTOR® serving the Sioux Falls, South Dakota metro area and communities across the Minnesota border. Craig grew up on a farm in southwestern Minnesota, where he learned early that there are no shortcuts to doing good work. That work ethic carried him through nearly two decades of restaurant management, where he learned to juggle HR, customer service, inventory, staff training, and operations all at once, often at the same time. When his first daughter was on the way, Craig made a deliberate choice to build a career with more flexibility and more purpose. He chose real estate and never looked back.
Craig holds the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certification. His RENE training reinforced something he already believed: that a successful negotiation is rarely one-sided.
