Val grew up on the water and loves everything about the beach lifestyle. After living around the world, she moved back with her Wilmingtonian husband and has finally found home.

Before real estate, Val led business intelligence and strategy for big brands like Pepsi and managed many Fortune 500 accounts. She holds a master's degree from Georgetown University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas.

Her experience brings unique strengths and resilience to real estate. Combined with a passion for home design, Val is excited to make her clients’ goals a reality. She prides herself on always being informed, serving her clients with utmost integrity, and working as hard for them as she would for herself.

She lives on Shandy Point with her husband, Aaron, and vizsla, Birdie. When she's not hustling in real estate, she's hustling to the boat!
