I had recently loss my father and was in need of a realtor that could work with me since i was out of state. Valencia was highly recommended to me by another realtor here in my home state of MD.

To be honest I can't fine all the right words to truly describe what an amazing realtor and person she is. She looked out for my well-being, was always honest with her response, and fully committed herself to this process and at times went above and beyond by personally supervising some of the aspects of the sale, because I was out of state.

Mrs. Phillips served as our agent for the listing of our old home and purchase of our new home. In the 2020 seller's market where timing was of the utmost importance, we were always able to be the first family to view a home and to put in an offer.
