My husband and I were truly blessed when our son introduced us to Realtor Valentin Siroon just a few weeks ago. We were considering moving from Northern California to Southern California to live near our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. We had been thinking about it but after speaking with Valentin, we felt confident to go ahead with selling our Northern CA home and try to purchase a home near our family in Laguna Niguel.
Valentin was truly amazing. I love team work, and that is what we got to see first hand by Valentin alongside our Northern CA Realtor.
Valentin fought for us each step of the way and made it happen.
She responded immediately to every phone call, text and email.
There was not one question she did not know the answer to while she kept us calm and positive.
In less than 2 week, we sold our house and were in Escrow for wonderful Laguna Niguel house.
As we now know, this process will always have a few bumps along the way, but Valentin quickly smoothed out each bump with ease and professionalism. She amazed us!
Here we are, 5 weeks post decision, sitting in our lovely new home and, as a special gift, we now have an addition to our family; Valentin Siroon.

Words can not describe how amazing Valentin is. She is extremely knowledgeable and talking to her is like talking to an old friend. She helped me do the impossible, which is moving cross country from the NYC area. She has exceeded our expectations and continues to be a great resource for me being new to California. She helped us find a cleaning person, baby sitter, and even had our refrigerator stocked when we arrived. Simply put, it does not get much better than Valentin.

Valentin is a dream to work with! I had heard nightmares of people working with realtors who weren’t showing them enough options and weren’t helping them put the best offers in. She updated us on listings so quickly and always made herself available for open houses. She is so hard working and will find you the perfect place! We end up buying a place less than a month after we started working with her and we love it! She is so honest and personable and will make you feel very comfortable through the process. If you're looking for personal, smart working, highly informed service, call Valentin with Home Sweet Home. This is was the service I received and more. Valentin listened to what I was looking for, didn't show me property that wasn't a fit, and she made a potentially stressful process, fun. She has invaluable insight on neighborhoods, knows the pro's/con's of different property, and is a bulldog when it comes to contract negotiations. I always felt she had my best interests at heart. She's thoughtful, sincere and she won't let you make an overly emotional mistake. I will definitely use Home Sweet Home next time I'm going to buy or sell my home.
