Valeria joined @ Properties in 2003 after a thriving 11-year sales career in the corporate arena. After experiencing and profiting from the recent Chicago real estate surge, Valeria decided to pack up her business acumen and superior negotiating skills to become a leader in yet another industry. She has sold over 10 million dollars in real estate and plans on doubling her numbers in 2005.

Valeria immigrated to Chicago from Russia with her parents more than 25 years ago. She speaks fluent English and Russian and maintains close ties with her family and friends back home.

Valeria has lived in various Chicago neighborhoods and currently resides in Bucktown where she is an active member of her community. As a graduate from Western Illinois University, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with an emphasis in marketing.
