Valeria provided A+ service. I was introduced to Valeria through Divvy. My account rep that was assigned never called me, so Valeria took time out to explain the entire program and answer all of my questions. I’m out of state so Valeria went to two separate properties on the same day and FaceTimed me while walking through. She was my eyes and ears when I wasn’t able to be there. She truly had my best interest at heart and I appreciate her so much. She is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. My sister is now going through the program and I referred her to Valeria as well. My brother will be next. 😊

She answered messages generally night and day and would set up viewings next day if one or more were found that I liked. She takes whatever time is needed to make sure her clients are taken care of, even sometimes sacrificing things in her personal life just to be sure the needs of her client are met. And she knows her stuff! There's no Realtor-- and I know quite a few-- I'd recommend more than her! You won't regret it.
