Valerie Alkire

Valerie Alkire has been active in all aspects of real estate since getting her license in 1994. She joined the Iowa Realty team in 2000 and has found a forever home! Originally from the Tama-Toledo area, Val graduated from West Marshall High School in 1980. Val has been active in board membership fulfilling many roles such as Treasurer, Secretary and Director. Valerie also serves on the Marshall County Condemnation Board. She enjoys spending time with her family and church. Valerie is knowledgeable in residential real estate, new construction, acreages, and investments. She is active in referrals and enjoys meeting with the public.
