Valerie recently represented me on a new home purchase in Fairfield CT. She demonstrated all the great qualities you should look for in a realtor when purchasing a home. From the start, she was very accommodating with my busy schedule, and made sure I felt comfortable with what I was buying before ultimately preparing an offer for me and negotiating with the seller to get me a fantastic deal. Her established network of Insurance agents proved beneficial at the last second when a tricky insurance situation came about, but with her experience, we were able to take care of it and close on time. I look forward to continuing to work with Valerie and will recommend her to people in the future!

Valerie is the most wonderful realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. After meeting countless realtors, who always felt aggressive or disingenuous, we were lucky enough to meet Valerie at a random showing. She was super informative and helpful and did not pressure us at all to sign with her. Once we did, however, she was so committed to finding us a house and made us feel like we were her only clients. After 9 long months, countless showings and 7 denied offers in the crazy pandemic housing market, Valerie was finally able to find us the perfect house. She never pressured us to settle, overbid or go with something we weren't completely comfortable with. And, I am proud to say, we are finally homeowners of our dream forever home!!

Valerie helped us do one of the hardest things I’ve ever done- purchase a house in the middle of a pandemic and a housing shortage. She was always quick to respond anytime I had a question. When we finally pulled the trigger and put an offer in, she helped us every step of the way. As first time home buyers we had a LOT of questions.
