Valerie Bourg has been a South Orange County resident for over 25 years and absolutely loves living here. She enjoys the sense of community and how this area enhances an active family lifestyle. As a Cal Poly graduate and former small business owner, Valerie knows what it takes to be successful. Prior to Real Estate, Valerie owned several franchises in Orange County, as well as holding the title of Project Manager and Supply Chain/Subcontracts Sr. Manager for Boeing. Leveraging her experience as a successful business owner and professional, she is known for her outstanding client services, high tech marketing techniques, personal touches and as a skilled negotiator with her clients’ best interests at heart. She believes strongly that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight, so that her clients make the best decisions possible.
