Valerie’s zeal to find undervalued homes and beautify them started when she purchased her first home for $28,000 in Cincinnati at the age of 23. The remodel and sale of that house allowed her to purchase a condo in Chicago. She repeated this successful pattern several times over the years and continues to uncover the hidden gems and save on capital gains as well! Dedicated to unparalleled service, she performs detailed research and provides valuable information on the latest market statistics and trends to inform every decision.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Valerie has a great affection for our city and believes it is truly a great place to live, work and raise a family. That love of the city is what drives her pleasure in locating depreciated properties and remodeling to meet the needs of today’s buyer, while enhancing our great neighborhoods.
When she’s not helping people buy, sell, or invest in real estate or working on beautifying her own properties, Valerie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, walking, traveling, and discovering new experiences. She is a volunteer with Realtors for Heart, a nonprofit dedicated to making our cities and states more heart-safe through CPR training and AED placement and advocacy.
