She was extremely informative throughout the entire process, from the very first time we sat down to talk to the very last time we sat down at the closing table. Valerie was a dream to work with. I had to sell a home in Indiana from out of state, and somehow she made it easier than when I sold one here. She was always keeping me updated on what I would need to do before it came, and made it to where I hardly had any questions. When issues did arise, she had solutions to present to me. We met Valerie nine years ago when she was the listing agent for our current home. She was personable, professional and very capable as we worked out the details of the arrangements for a very quick transition we needed to make to accommodate the family who was buying our former home. When the time arrived for us to downsize further, Valerie was the first agent we thought of to consult on our revisions, improvements and updates in order to list in the current market. Valerie is first and foremost very professional! But also personable and friendly! We had an offer after only one week! She told me what to expect and walked me through the process of selling my house after 24 years! She was always keeping me informed of what was going on and when I texted or called if she didn’t have the answer right then, she would find out and get back to me. She has made this a smooth transition and she is (in my opinion) the best in the business!
