Val is the absolute best. We interviewed several agents for the sale of our house and she was the most impressiveve from the get go. She gave us a detailed game plan to sell our very unique home (octagon, spiral staircase, 3600 Sq ft ranch style home with pool) and delivered. She is a expert communicator and a pleasure to work with. Our listing was beautiful, 3D tour was very impressive and she had answers to all our questions. We listed on a Friday and on Tuesday we had a signed contract for 25k over listing. I truly believe we would not have gotten these results if it was not for our amazing agent Val!
