I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Valerie Squier ; It was my first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Valerie , but I knew instantly that she was the one for me. She is honest and hands-on and she really helped to take the pressure off of me .

I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, valerie walked me through every step of the negotiations . It was an unconventional approach but it worked and i thanks Valerie for that every day!

We sold our Bay Area home in 2016 while in the middle of retiring, our daughter’s wedding and remodeling the home we were moving to. Needless to say, we had to rely heavily on Valerie to take care of the details as we were being pulled in so many directions. Our sale went off without a hitch with multiple offers. The whole process was as painless as could be. If we were still in the Bay Area and decided to move again, we would definitely use Valarie!

Valerie was so responsive and gave so much guidance as we are first time home buyer’s we had two babies below two in the middle of the pandemic 😷 and Valerie was so amazing in the search filling out forms for viewing the properties. She was so patient and listened to my needs and my husband’s and was able to find our little family a home

Valerie came highly recommended to us because of her excellent service, professionalism and skills, even though we were not in her area. She was always upfront, realistic and put our needs and desires first… and when we gave her our tall order of requirements, she came through with more listings than expected. Valerie gave it to us straight, and every single one of her suggestions got us the house we DREAMED of, in a highly sought after neighborhood. From always picking up when we had ridiculous questions, or responding in a quick and timely manner, to calling us (like we asked) the minute the other offer fell through 10 minutes past midnight… she was there for us!!!
