Valerie was extremely responsive and communicated efficiently and readily. We were faced with an unbelievably challenging seller agent that could not properly execute even the most basic tasks appropriately. Valerie stepped in and took on the work of two agents to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. This was an unplanned purchase for my daughter and she even helped get pre approval, when we were given only 24 hours to do so by a seller. She kept her composure and we ended up closing on time, despite all the barriers. It was exhausting, and her dilligence was much appreciated!

Valerie worked with us for nearly a year to find our perfect home. We were extremely picky and very specific about what features we wanted during our house search. Valerie showed us approximately 30 houses in several areas. She was incredibly patient and extremely responsive throughout the year she worked with us, and we trusted her advice when it came to writing an offer. She always had fantastic recommendations for inspectors, boundary surveys, fencing companies, and even an HVAC specialist to help us figure out if we could remove an existing wall. We will always refer our family and friends to her and couldn't be happier with how wonderful she was to work with.
