Having moved to Charlotte from Washington State in 2004, Valeriy fully identifies with the relocation needs and goals of out-of-town and international clients. Aside from his passion to produce quality service and expert knowledge, Valeriy wants to show his clients why Charlotte is the best place to live and thrive.

Valeriy specializes in adapting to the unique needs of each client. While each transaction has its own complexities and conditions, bringing transparent communication and enthusiastic vibrance is his key to keeping all of the moving parts of a transaction together. When he is not facilitating Charlotte’s growth through real estate, Valeriy enjoys spending time with his wife and teaching his 8-year-old son how to use power tools and perfect the Russian language. Hiking, reading, and traveling to foreign countries are a must. Valeriy is dedicated to self-improvement through education, and has recently participated in the CRRA Leadership Academy, a program aimed to foster growth in the community’s future local leaders.
