Van is born and raised in Charlotte which gives him a unique insight into the growth in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. He makes his home in Matthews with his wife Amy and 2 children.

Before becoming a Realtor®, Van’s impressive background in the banking industry prepared him well for the demands of providing thoughtful guidance and excellent customer service to his many devoted buyer and seller residential real estate clients.

Van has a career background as a Relationship Manager with 20+ years of professional experience, he has served customers in banking, RE, IT, and non-profit organizations. He has also worked as a Human Resources Generalist – 10+ years in all areas of personnel and human resources, he has also worked as an Organized Project Manager, communicator – verbal and written to all levels of management.
