He is a Raleigh native who graduated from East Carolina University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications. He then worked in the Film and Television Industry in Wilmington, NC before moving to Los Angeles, CA. After a few years, Van developed a passion for real estate and switched careers, driven by his love for investing in and renovating properties. He obtained his Broker's license in Palm Beach County, Florida in 2001 and later in North Carolina in 2004, working in Wilmington before settling in the Triangle area.
Van's life experience as a Real Estate Agent in Palm Beach County and Vero Beach, Florida, specializing in luxury waterfront properties, equipped him with exceptional people skills and a high level of service he brings to his clients. He is deeply rooted in Cary, NC, with his wife, three daughters, and their cockapoo, Sunny, and is dedicated to providing unparalleled service to his clients. As an active member of The Cary Rotary Club, Van enjoys giving back to the community that has been so good to his family.
