Vance grew up on the Peninsula and started investing in Real Estate while still in college. Before joining Vanguard Marin, he was with Frank Howard Allen Realtors and Coldwell Banker in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Early in his career he worked in the recording industry during the heyday of the “San Francisco Sound,” and went on to make corporate communication films and events for major tech clients including Apple.

Twelve years ago Anna joined Vance in Real Estate. They have had an enjoyable and successful partnership ever since. She grew up in San Francisco’s Inner Sunset. Before becoming a licensed agent, she spent twenty-five years in the advertising industry, serving as Vice President of Broadcast Production at Foote Cone and Belding working with prominent clients that included Levi Strauss, Sega, Clorox, AT&T, and Gallo Wine.
