Vance Shutes began his career as a full-time Realtor® in 1994 following his experience as a Plant manager, materials manager, and quality assurance manager for automotive suppliers. He presently holds the title of Associate Broker with Real Estate One Ann Arbor. Shutes is also a graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI), and holds the e-PRO designation. Shutes has closed hundreds of transactions, for over $135 million in total sales in his career. He grew up in Ann Arbor, and presently resides in Saline with his family. He has sold properties from South Lyon to Dundee, from Clinton to Canton, and specializes in his home town of Saline. Known for his professionalism and attention to detail, Shutes is also comfortable in the spotlight of Real Estate sales. Shutes has served the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors® as President in 2004 and as Realtor® of the year in 2010. He also served the Michigan Realtors as District 7 representative from 2014-2017.
