About Vance

After graduating from the University of North Carolina, Vance Young joined the Merrill Lynch team as a licensed financial consultant. In 1988, Vance pursued a lifelong dream of moving to Wilmington and joined the emerging team at Landfall, a gated 2,200 acre community located on the Intracoastal Waterway within biking distance of Wrightsville Beach. In March of 2000, Vance joined the sales team of Intracoastal Realty.
