Vandan Gandhi, CCIM

Vandan grew up in Boston, MA and left the north to attend college at UNC Charlotte. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a minor in Economics. He chose North Carolina because his family summer vacations were always spent at Wrightsville Beach. He has been in love with North Carolina ever since. His family has a history of owning and operating Hallmark stores and after completing my MBA from Pfeiffer University, he had the opportunity to open a Hallmark store in Durham, NC. From there, he opened up two more locations. After much success in the retail world, he was able to start investing in real estate. His passion for the real estate industry inspired him to get his license in 2006. He loves working with buyers and sellers, as each person has a specific goal and purpose in mind. He specializes in foreclosures, new construction, relocation, move-up buyers, first time home buyers, and ANYONE who wants to buy, sell, or invest in Real Estate.
