Born and raised in West Plains, Missouri, Vanessa understands what living in the Ozarks is all about, and all the wonderful things living here brings.
A second-generation Realtor, Vanessa recalls being young and watching her mother help new homeowners fulfill their dreams, which eventually inspired her to follow in her mother's footsteps. In her very first year as a Realtor, Vanessa earned status as a multimillion-dollar producer, which she credits to her passion for helping people and love of the Ozarks.
Vanessa and her husband Brett share five grown children and a grandchild. Real Estate is a family affair, she says, so it is not unusual for her to be joined by Brett or one of their kids, putting out signs or helping to get a property listed. She strongly believes the support of her family is critical to her career success.
With a specialized focus on residential properties Vanessa enjoys helping homeowners prepare their homes to enter the market. As a bonus, her passions for interior decorating, staging, and design help those homes sell fast -- and for top dollar. On the flip side of a sale, Vanessa's ability to see a property's potential, then help buyers see that vision, is a great benefit to prospective buyers.
Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies, decorating, repurposing furniture, and making frequent visits to home improvement warehouses, home decor stores, and antique shops.
