Vanessa has been our real estate agent for the past two years. She first helped us sell our home in record time (one weekend of showings) all while setting the price-per-sqft record for our neighborhood. Then came the more difficult prospect of finding a home. The pandemic market has been irrational and frustrating, but Vanessa helped guide us along the process. One of her greatest strengths -- no doubt from her training as an attorney -- is the ability to collect data from many sources and condense it to the pertinent facts. I've never experienced this skill level with other agents. She was always early to appointments, quick to respond to emails and texts, and willing to call every agency (city, county, coastal commission, fire department) to get us answers about listings.
