Vanessa was our savior! It was our first time buying a home, and the process was pretty overwhelming, but Vanessa walked us through it all. During the final walk through, we discovered an issue that was almost a deal-breaker. She was our champion, and went after the seller and his agent to make sure they did right by us. She is very direct, doesn't mess around, and will give you her absolutely honest opinion... that approach was really welcome during such a daunting, complicated experience.
