Originally from Clearwater, Florida, Vanessa graduated from The University of Florida with degrees in Advertising and Psychology. In 2006 she relocated to the Lake Norman area, where she lives with her husband Michael, who works in the motorsports industry, daughter Harper and their toy Goldendoodle, Waylon.
While in college Vanessa began a successful career in the industry, where she ascended the ranks working for the largest REIT in the country, managing and overseeing operations of a multi-million dollar portfolio of mid-rise and high-rise mixed use communities across the country. As a result, she brings vast experience in contract negotiations and focuses on an unparalleled experience for her clients. She is passionate about creating lasting relationships and takes pride in doing the right thing by her clients in order to help them achieve their goals. She values open and honest communication, authenticity and direct feedback and works tirelessly to ensure that her clients get the most value for their investment and enjoy themselves throughout the process.
In her free time you will find Vanessa spending time with family and friends on the lake, exploring Charlotte + Lake Norman’s amazing restaurant scene and baking with her daughter. She attends early morning kickboxing classes throughout the week and is an avid college football fan. Vanessa is also an active member of the PAT at her daughter’s school in the Lake Norman area and is also a proud and active member at her church.
