Vanessa Fowlkes is a long time resident of The Woodlands and Spring area. Originally from Guatemala she speaks both English, Spanish and understands Portuguese. She has over 15 years of experience in Project Management, Marketing, Sales and Hotel Management.

Throughout her career she has had he privilege of working for CEOs, CFOs and Vice Presidents within the hospitality, medical real estate and oil & gas industry. She gained a wide range of business experience, attention to detail and the opportunity to build trusting relationships; which is very important to her. Vanessa loves to be involved in her community, her faith and various charities as well as meeting people. Her long-time dream has been to be a Realtor. She feels really passionate about helping those who want to own or sell real estate.
