Wow! Vanessa made buying our first home such a breeze! We were totally new to the home buying process, but she was there every step of the way! She is the hardest working agent out there, and didn’t stop hunting down options until she found the perfect house! It wasn’t even on the market yet!

Vanessa is not only smart, professional and personable, she thinks of every little detail, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Realtor Vanessa Jacinto is a dream come true. She set the bar so high I doubt I’ll ever find another realtor I like better. Vanessa was responsive to our every need. Her creative touch made our house look better.

Her sage advice was followed and it paid off. We were able to raise our selling price because of suggestions she made after she studied and researched what was needed to get maximum price. For open house times and scheduled showings, she would arrive early and touch up where I might have missed.

Vanessa remained positive when I had my doubts about finding the right buyer. Her candidness and gentle touch was appreciated

I am a local REAL ESTATE lender that has worked the area for 15 years. Vanessa and I recently worked together (she was the listing agent) (I provided the loan for the buyers) and I wanted to identify that she was a pleasure to work with. The goal in real estate (from my experience) is for both parties to obtain a mutually beneficial outcome. The seller wants to the highest sales price and most efficient closing and the buyer wants to most home for the price they are paying. They too want a fair price, efficient closing and positive outcomes. Especially when buying a first home. In this competitive market, it was soo nice to work with a responsive agent that is kind knowledgeable and communicates well. Real Estate transactions can be really painless and filled with positivity, you simply need to choose the right team. I give a vote for Vanessa.
