It should be noted that this is the first time ever that I’ve left a review on any platform, but I really wanted to share my great experience working with Vanessa.

Within the past two years my wife and I have requested Vanessa’s services on three separate occasions, but due to the crazy market had to withdrawal our request twice. However, during those times Vanessa was always ‘on top of it’! With any interest that my wife and I had on a particular house, Vanessa would provide us with all necessary information, would constantly send us potential listings, and was always in communication with us which is very key during ones house hunting journey.

Vanessa’s work ethic and dedication to the process did not waiver during our third and final home search journey. My wife and I did not want to settle for less due to the market, and were very picky with various homes we went to tour. When a home did come on the market that we were interested in, Vanessa did not hesitate and was super quick to get us a viewing appointment. She would conduct independent research on the home, and on multiple occasions had to drive over an hour one way in order to give us a tour of a house.

Vanessa was very excited and happy for us when we finally found the one, not only because she would finally be getting rid of us lol, but also because you can tell/feel she truly cared for us and wanted to complete the mission in finding us a home. Vanessa was present during the home inspection, she was present during the final walkthrough, and she was also present at closing!

Vanessa was truly a blessing, and not once did she show any type of frustration during this lengthy process. She was dedicated, determined, and was always honest. I would 100% recommend Vanessa to anyone who is searching for a home. THANK YOU VANESSA FOR EVERYTHING!

There are no words to properly express our gratitude towards Vanessa. She continuously went above and beyond to ensure everything with our purchase went off without a hitch, and I am certain there were several days where she simply worked round the clock! Her commitment is reflected in her attention to details. She is very knowledgeable, accessible and communicates clearly, making the process easy. An absolute joy to work with!

A few months ago, we made a last-minute decision to move from Miami to Georgia. My biggest concern with the move was not having enough time to find a rental, since we had less than a month. Thankfully, my realtor back in Miami recommended Vanessa.
If ever there was a picky client, that'd be me. I figured she'd never be able to find us a rental with my long list of demands. However, Vanessa worked tirelessly to help us secure the rental of our dreams, all while staying within budget. She was our eyes in Georgia when we could not travel due to covid restrictions and a busy work schedule. She sent us pictures, videos, and negotiated better terms for us. (She was also my nose because I have really bad allergies and cannot tolerate musty smells.) I am not exaggerating when I tell you that she must have gone to 15 different houses in one week alone. Even after her part was done and we had settled into our rental, Vanessa guided us through some minor inconveniences.
I'm looking to buy a house after my lease is up, and needless to say, Vanessa will be my realtor. Her professionalism and care for her clients is exemplary, and I would 10/10 recommend her.

Vanessa is the BEST person to work with in the State of Georgia if you’re looking to buy/sell a home. She went above and beyond for my fiancé and I, in the hunt for our dream home. She works tirelessly for her clients, and makes sure her clients are happy every step of the way. She’s honest, hard working, patient and professional. I can’t say enough how blessed we were to have Vanessa on our side! She made so much possible, and always made us feel comfortable, happy and satisfied during the process.
