So, selling a house is stressful enough. Selling your parents home of 51 years is daunting. My mom passed away in November 2022 and we were tasked to sell.
Vanessa made the whole process SO easy and stress free. Lots of communication and handling of details so I didn’t have to worry.

From finding potential properties to helping us negotiate an ideal contract, Vanessa and Jesse were always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. They also profoundly understood the housing market in the area, which allowed us to get an incredible deal that exceeded our expectations.
