I am a dynamic individual, intrinsically motivated with excellent communication skills. I believe my drive and ambition will be an asset to any buyer or seller. Born and raised in the South Bay, California. I grew up with a Contractor Father and Realtor Mother. When I was a child, I watched my parents buy, fix, and flip homes, as well as create a portfolio of rentals. I have always been excited about Real Estate and construction. I guess you can say I was born for this! I have worked in Real Estate for almost 15 years with certifications and licenses in Sales, Auction, and Property Management to better help my investor clients. You can say I am the leasing Queen! I have built many relationships with many contractors and have an eye for construction. I have been involved with full remodels and basic day to day maintenance for many types of properties. I am excited to help all my clients become homeowners, as well as grow as a Real Estate professional while helping everyone achieve their dreams in owning their own home and making great investments. My response rate is that of a superhero. I make myself completely available from the time I wake up until the time I go to sleep at night 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
