Vasili Kakavitsas

Vasili is an original Charlottean. Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Vasili witnessed a small Southern city transform into the large Metropolis and banking powerhouse it is today. He has great knowledge of Charlotte and surrounding areas in the Carolinas. He specializes in Commercial Real Estate and 1031 Exchanges and licensed in NC and SC. Vasili received awards for Sales Agent of the Year and Rookie of the Year for 2021 and brokered over $10 million in Commercial Properties in a short period of time. He has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Campbell University and a Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law. This knowledge has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating buyers and sellers in Commercial Real Estate, and representing his clients vigorously. Vasili is detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. He enjoys traveling, music, and sports.
